How long can I hire the bin for?
We have found that 7 working days is usually sufficient for most clients. If you fill it earlier, just give us a call and we can collect it early or If you will require the bin for longer let us know on the online order form or contact office a min of 24hrs before due pick-up.
Do I have to be present when the bin is delivered
No, as long as we have sufficient instructions and access to the drop site we can take care of everything without you needing to be there. Unless payment is by COD which requires someone to be present.
How can I pay?
We accept Credit Card, Cash on Delivery or Company Account for regular clients.
How can I order or receive a quote?
Call, email or fill out the online customer booking request form, and a free quote will be issued.
How high can I stack rubbish in the bin? / Are there any fill height restrictions?
Please avoid ‘Hay stacking’ which is creating a large mound of waste in the centre of the skip bin.
Try to make the rubbish level with the top of the bin as much as possible. Road safety laws stipulate that the bins cannot be filled higher than the top of the lip An unsafe hay stacked load and objects protruding from the sides of the skip bin makes the skip bin unsafe for other road users once bin is being carted.
We will not pick up any bin that has waste flowing above the top of the bins or result in the hirer unstacking and reorganising the load.
